Ugh, I hate making phone calls like that. Doing recall phone calls (wherein I would remind people it's been almost two--or sometimes three or four--years since they've been in and remind them that hey, we're still here if you want to make an appointment! ^.^

I'd maybe get one or two actual people to schedule appointments which I thought was pretty shitty, but apparently was pretty darn good--so they decided that I should do it from then on because I was so good at it -.-

I quickly rebelled against that in my own subtle way >.>;
